Property Management Services
Since 1987, Wos & Wos Development Corp. has been the property manager for its own residential investment portfolio in Long Island, New York City, Brooklyn and the outlying boroughs. Successful execution of investment strategy, whether through leasing, renovation or total re-positioning is firmly the responsibility of a hands-on property management team.
Wos & Wos and its associated partners has evaluated potential property management assignments and prepared detailed Capital Expenditure Budgets and schedules, reviewed residential leasing assignments in compliance with NYC Rent Stabilized and Rent Control Laws and provided monthly custom financial reporting. Wos will provide comprehensive “soup to nuts” commercial and residential and property management services to select clients on a projects by project basis.
